In the latest automotive buzz, Maruti Suzuki India Limited has officially launched the new generation and highly anticipated 2024 Maruti Suzuki Swift. With the latest release, Maruti Suzuki aims to raise the bar even higher in the competitive hatchback segment. The fourth generation swift comes with several interior, exterior and engine changes and with new set of features. The customer deliveries will soon start in India as the booking are already open with a token amount of Rs.11,000.

Maruti Suzuki has tried to retain the design language from its previous generation due to its popularity in the Indian market but there are still notable changes which makes the overall looks more appealing to Indian car buyers. Changes such as newly integrated blacked out L-shaped head lamps with Daytime Running Lights (DRL) with a projector setup. The newly designed front grille along with Fog lamps options gives it a sportier look. The prices of the new variants have increased by approx. Rs 35,000 which is justified as the company is now offering 6 airbags as standard.
2024 Maruti Suzuki Swift: Interior Looks
The Automaker is trying to have streamline cabin experience across it hatchback segment. The dashboard of New Swift and current Baleno looks very familiar and have common accents to it. The climate control is also taken from another maruti vehicles. Maruti has also added wireless charger, heads up display with 9-inch infotainment system.
2024 Maruti Suzuki Swift: New Engine
The Manufacturer has replaced the old 4-Cylinder K-Series engines and introduced the all new Three-Cylinder Z-Series which is better tuned for low-end torque, better fuel economy and lower emissions. The new engine puts out 80bhp with max power of 112 Nm of Torque. The Fuel economy is increased by 10% in Manual and 14% in Automatic from its predecessor. All-new swift is available in 5-Speed Manual and Automatic transmissions.
2024 Maruti Suzuki Swift: Added Safety Features
All new swift comes with Six Air Bags as standard across all variants, ABS with EBD, Hill hold assist, Stability Control, 3-Point Seat Belts, ISOFIX Mounts and Rear Parking Sensors as standard. The top end variant also offers wide angle rear view camera and with high speed alert system.

The new generation Swift is available in five variants namely Lxi, Vxi, Vxi (O), Zxi, Zxi+ and having multiple colour options like Sizzling Red, Luster Blue, Novel Orange, Magma Grey, Splendid Silver, Pearl Arctic White, Sizzling Red with Midnight Black Roof, Luster Blue with Midnight Black Roof and Pearl Arctic White with Midnight Black Roof. New swift 2024 price starts from ₹6.49 Lakhs (ex-showroom) and goes upto ₹9.65 Lakhs (ex-showroom).
