Tata Motors has recently launched the Tata Harrier and Safari Facelift SUV on 17th October, 23 prices starting from 15.49 Lakhs & 16.19 Lakhs respectively (Ex-showroom Delhi). Buyers can book by paying booking amount of Rs.25,000.
The Tata Harrier facelift get four new trims namely Smart, Pure, Adventure and Fearless and Tata Safari Facelift gets four new trims namely Smart, Pure, Adventure & Accomplished. Over and above there are optional packages with several features denoted by “+” mark and sunroof add-on identified by “S”

Harrier and Safari Facelift: Exterior Looks
Tata Harrier & Safari Facelift have completely received a revamped and fresh look which looks more appealing to car buyers. The front features connected LED Day time running lights setup under the hood with minimalistic Front Grille with a Tata badge at the centre. Below the DRL’s features Twin LED headlight similar to the Nexon facelift styling. The Lower half features skid plates and newly designed R18 Alloy Wheels with aero inserts for harrier and R19 Dual Tone Spider Alloys for Safari which makes the overall looks of both cars more futuristic and sportier.

Harrier and Safari Facelift: Interior Looks & Features
Tata Harrier & Safari Facelift features a all new but similar dashboard having 12.3 inch infotainment system at the centre which includes Android Auto & Apple Carplay and ambiant lighting strip across the dashboard with new style and finish followed by Dual Zone Climate control system. The driver side consists of 10.25 fully Digital Instrument Cluster and all new 4 spoke Steering Wheel with illuminated logo at the centre and mounted Audio controls, ADAS & Cruise Controls.
The centre console features the Terrain mode controls, Transmission system followed by cup holders and arm rest. Harrier has front row ventilated seats and safari has option of second row ventilated seats. Tata Harrier Facelift is a 5 seater while the Tata Safari facelift comes with 6 and 7 seater option. Both the SUV’s are now equipped with Electric Power Steering which makes them lighter and easier to use.

Harrier and Safari Facelift: Engine Specifications
Tata Harrier & Safari Facelift both are equipped with a same 2.0L four-cylinder Kryotec diesel engine, developing a maximum power output of 170 PS and 350 Nm of peak torque similar as previous generations. The powertrain is mated to a six-speed manual transmission as standard and a six-speed automatic Transmission with paddle shifters comes as an option. Both the SUV are available in diesel options only.

Tata Harrier & Safari Facelift both have been awarded 5 Star Safety rating in both Adult occupant and Child occupant in Global NCAP Crash Test making them safest SUV with highest safety ratings in India. Both the Harrier & Safari Facelift SUV offer upto 7 Airbags (includes one on driver knees section) with several other safety features like level 2 ADAS, 360 degree camera, ABS with EBD, ESP and front parking sensors and many more.
