Volvo has officially launched the all-new EX30 electric SUV in India at an introductory price of ₹39.99 lakh (ex-showroom), making it the most affordable electric SUV from the Swedish brand in the country. The special launch offer is valid for bookings made before October 19, 2025, after which the price will increase to ₹41 lakh. This marks a significant milestone for Volvo Car India as the EX30 aims to democratize luxury electric mobility for Indian buyers by offering a world-class product at an attractive price point.

The Volvo EX30 launched as a compact SUV that embodies Scandinavian minimalism, advanced technology, and sustainability. Boasting a 69 kWh battery pack, the EX30 delivers a WLTP-certified range of 480 km on a single charge and produces 272 hp with 343 Nm peak torque. The SUV accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.3 seconds and features rear-wheel drive—setting new standards in its segment for both performance and range.

Under the introductory offer, the Volvo EX30 price in India is set at ₹39.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Bookings placed after October 19 will attract the standard price of ₹41 lakh. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in November 2025, with the SUV being locally assembled at Volvo’s Hosakote plant near Bengaluru. Buyers will also benefit from a comprehensive ownership package, including a three-year warranty, three years of service and roadside assistance, and an eight-year/1,60,000 km battery warranty.

The Volvo EX30 comes loaded with premium features: a panoramic glass roof, wireless charging, Level 2 ADAS with lane-keeping aid, intersection auto-brake, adaptive cruise control, a 12.3-inch touchscreen with Google integration, Harman Kardon 1040W soundbar, and five ambient lighting themes. The interior is crafted using sustainable materials like recycled denim, PET bottles, and aluminium, blending eco-friendliness with a modern minimalist design.

Safety remains a top priority for Volvo, and the EX30 upholds this legacy with a 5-star Euro NCAP rating, seven airbags, a 360-degree camera, and the brand’s advanced Safe Space Technology suite. Practical elements include a 318-litre boot, a 7-litre frunk, and Digital Key Plus for smartphone-based access and start.
